Flow Metering/Measurement & Gas Purity Analysis
We can assist our customers on selecting the correct type of flowmeter for a particular application based on flowrate, operating pressure and type of gases.
As for gas purity analysis, we can arrange for a thorough check on impurities in gases such as moisture level, O2 level, particles and total hydrocarbon.
Pipeline Maintenance & Upgrade
To ensure your pipelines and system are operating at maximum efficiency, maintenance work is required from time to time. This includes:
- Pipe cleaning
- Repairs or replacement of components such as filters, valves and fittings
- Any improvements or upgrade to the system that may be requested by our customers such as installation of additional regulators or flow meters.
Although such works are typically undertaken during plant shutdowns, we are confident that we are able to deliver a quality end product within a tight working schedule.
DOSH Approval
After more than 15 years in the industry, we are familiar with the requirements of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH). We can provide advice or obtain JKKP approval to ensure that all work and operations are in compliance with the relevant Act and Regulations.
