Industrial Gas Piping
Providing solutions to our customers for the delivery and application of industrial gases has been the core service of GSES ever since we were established. Using the facilities in our workshop, we are able to carry out fabrication and welding in sections before performing installation on-site to reduce costs to our customers. On the other hand, we have the capabilities and manpower to undertake works on-site as necessary.
Our scope of works covers the entire gas delivery system as follows:- Source – Installation of tanks, cylinders and vessels
- Distribution – Fabrication and installation of the piping network
- Control – Installation of regulators, valves, gauges and other devices
- Application – Connecting the network to end users and equipments
Compressed Air Piping
Compressed air is so widely used that it is now regarded as one of the essential utilities alongside electricity and water. However, compressed air is often more expensive when evaluated on a per unit energy deliver basis.
As such, we want to help our customers produce a well planned and efficient compressed air system by providing sound advice based on years of experience.
In addition, our high quality installation will ensure minimum pressure loss in the distribution system and the removal of most contaminants.
Oil and Gas Skids
Commonly used by the chemical and the oil and gas industries, GSES are familiar with the fabrication and installation of pump skids. These skids of consists of two major components – the supporting structure and the piping, valves and equipment mounted on the structure.As these modules are a part of a system, precision and accuracy are of utmost importance to ensure that no issues arise during the tie-in process.
Steam Piping
One of the most important aspects to consider when using steam as a source of energy transfer is safety due to the high pressures and temperatures involved. To ensure that our installation meet safety requirements, we keep ourselves up to date with the latest steam piping ratings and standards. Further, we use only certified welders as part of our quality assurance.
Cooling Water/Chilled Water Piping
Using our expertise in industrial piping systems, we extend our services to include piping installations for cooling water towers and chilled water piping systems.
